1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery if:

The item is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging (e.g., flags must be free of folds/creases from display).

The product is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect (wrong size/design).

Non-returnable items: Custom-made flags (personalized designs), digital downloads, and clearance/final-sale items.
2. Refund Process

Step 3: Once received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

Items altered, used, or improperly stored (e.g., flags faded due to prolonged sun exposure).

Shipping costs (unless we sent a defective/wrong item).
